salut à tous ,
pour info : ceux qui ont des soucis de sinus etc ... peuvent essayer :
KALIUM MURIATICUM  5CH 
MERCURIUS DULCIS  4CH
3 granules de chaque avant et après la plongée .
C'est sans risque (homéopathie) et pas onéreux .
Par contre éviter la menthe et le tabac qui réduisent les effets de l'homéopathie .
